Lorenzo Lombardo, Attorney at Law
Born in Frosinone, Italy, has achieved his first LLM with maximum legal grades at the University of Rome, Tor Vergata with an experimental thesis on administrative litigation in the People’s Republic of China; after which, he has achieved his second LLM in Chinese law, with full grades, at the prestigious China University of Political Science and Law of Beijing, PRC. He also boasts several academic awards.
He often participates as a lecturer to conventions and university courses on comparative law. In the fall of 2016, he has lectured at the Law School of the Nanjing University, PRC, co-teaching the course of Introduction to Italian Civil and Commercial Law. Among his publications, stand out his contributions to practical guides on international business & law, as well as on IPR.
His professional experience involves cooperation with prestigious law firms in Italy (Rome and Frosinone) and in the People’s Republic of China (Beijing and Shanghai). Russian citizen, born in Gorno-Altaysk, Siberia, has achieved LLM at the University of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, with specialization – and consequent qualification to practice law – in Civil and Commercial law; after moving to China, where she has lived 10 years, she has achieved a bachelor degree in Chinese law at the prestigious China University of Political Science and Law of Beijing, where she also attended her second LLM course in International Law. She has also achieved several language certificates and other awards among CUPL and the famous Peking University.
Her professional curriculum includes, other than cooperation with International Institutions such as the Russian Embassy in China and the Trade Representation in the PRC, professional experience of advisory, management, and business development for companies and law firms in Russia (Moscow), PRC (Beijing, Shanghai), and Italy.
